Description
Early Tudor brick house with stone dressings and twisted chimneys. Condition ruinous, but shell fairly intact. {AM7} A site of exceptional charm, remotely set in parkland, but with some of its features near to collapse. It is of two periods. The west end is Tudor brick, the east end C17 ironstone. The building stands on a low platform faced with coursed stonework, and surrounded by a narrow ditch. {AM12 1979}
