Description
{1} Additional evaluation work on the southern half of a development site located between Dando Close and Hinwick Road, Wollaston, Northamptonshire was commissioned by Westbury Homes Ltd. The work was intended to clarify the extent of a Saxon settlement site recorded in an earlier evaluation. Three linked trenches were aligned with the proposed access road for the development. They revealed fifteen archaeological features which are all considered to be modern and associated with the previous use of the site as allotments.
