Description

Planning and Listed Building consent has been granted for the conversion of the Latimer & Crick corn warehouse, Cattle Market Road, Northampton into six residential apartments. A building recording analysis had been requested prior to any works being completed. The analysis has highlighted the fact that the earliest construction material and fabric of the warehouse dates to the late Victorian period, 1893. There is a good source of primary evidence, which has been supported by secondary evidence.
