{1} A two-staged non-intrusive survey identified the extensive remains of a settlement of likely Late Iron Age and Roman date located to the immediate east of The Ferrers School. Additional areas of unspecified activities were suggested by isolated high magnetic susceptibilty readings to the north of the identified settlement. Site code: HFFS03
