Description

Northamptonshire Archaeology conducted a geophysical survey under contract to Oxford Archaeology on land east of the Ferrers School, Higham Ferrers. The investigation comprised topsoil magnetic susceptibility survey of the entire 12 ha site are and detailed gradiometer survey of a 3ha selection area based upon the results of the MS survey and crop mark evidence.
