Description

{1} In May 2004 a 'strip and record excavation' was undertaken at 21 St. James Road, Northampton. An evaluation showed that remains of a row of terraced houses were on the site and the excavation was required in order to take environmental samples from any 19th century features associated with the houses which may be present. Site code: NJR04.
