{1} A low mound was subject to geophysical survey, firstly a resistivity survey was undertaken by DA Jackson and P Everson, which was then backed up by a magnetometer survey undertaken by the Department of the Environment's Ancient Monuments Laboratory. Neither survey detected any archaeological features; the mound is probably geological, probably a sand bank. AML Survey Database Reference No.: 828
