Description

{1} A few sherds of Roman pottery were found under ridge and furrow {2} Cross-Sectioning a land in stonylons furlong, Roman (and Belgic?) pot was found. Some of the stone could have been from a building. Does not seem to have been walked when ploughed in c1966. One R&F section published in BAJ 1972 (?).
