Description

{1} Three foundation trenches were excavated, one having been excavated and concreted prior to archaeological involvement. The other two trenches revealed that the cellar had been infilled with possibly imported material of no archaeological significance. Two of the trenches uncovered structural evidence of the building indicating the size and shape of the original cellar. Mapping only approx - unable to digitise trenches due to lack of OS plan in report
