Description

{1} Archaeological trial trench evaluation was undertaken as part of a pre-planning application for residential development. Archaeological features and deposits dating to the medieval, post medieval and modern periods were revealed, including pits, ditches, a stone surface, and recent animal burials. The evaluation has indicated that the remains at the site are of local significance, most likely relating to the 18th-19th century.
