Description

Earth resistance survey. {1} 71ha magnetometer survey was commissioned to supplement existing survey results at Priors Hall, Zone 3. In addition to the main foci of archaeological activity identified previously in the west and south of the Zone 3 area, potential archaeological features were identified towards the eastern reaches of the site. Earth resistance survey carried out in the south of the site helped define the area of a winged corridor Roman villa and two other possible structures.
