Description

{1} Four trenches were excavated for a new greyhound track. In trench 1 there was a possible terminus or small pit, running under the trench edge. However, this could be a natural feature resulting from root disturbance. Remains of ridge and furrow earthworks were found in Trenches 2 and 4.
