Description
The survey of Manor Farm House, barn and old stables at Clay Coton was undertaken on the 18th January 1991 at a time when the buildings were being modernised and converted. Surveying the building whilst the structure was being allowed observations to be made which significantly altered known development of the fabric. The survey did not include a measured survey and was undertaken to assess the extent of the surviving features and the likely development of the structures.
