Description

{1} Four trenches excavated. No archaeological features or deposits were identified during the investigation. The site appears to have been within an open field, peripheral to the settlement, from at least the late 19th century. No artefacts of any antiquity were retrived during the investigations. A small collection of modern material was retrieved for dating purposes and has been discarded.
