Description

{1} Assessment of building ahead of upgrading as a home. The Cottage stands adjacent to the Grade II* Listed Building of Hellidon Grange which was originally designed comprising a vicarage and adjoining school. The Cottage was converted from a former stable into a house in the late C20th.
