Description

Site code: ABV14. MOLA was commissioned by Bellway Homes to carry out archaeological trial trenching on land at the former Abington Vale School, Northampton, Northamptonshire prior to proposed development of the site. Ten trenches were excavated. Modern terracing, levelling and landscaping has destroyed much of the original ground surface across the site. Two undated archaeological features were investigated in those areas least disturbed by the modern activity. Information from OASIS Online Form.
