Description

A desk-based assessment undertaken prior to development. The site is located close to the medieval core of the settlement. However, a bore hole survey, whilst difficult to interpret archaeologically, indicated disturbance (outside of the footprint of the current upstanding building) to a significant depth, potentially entirely removing any archaeological deposits.
