Description

{1} Archaeological evaluation prior to proposed quarrying. Nineteen trenches were excavated revealing a series of shallow, undated ditches across the site. The densest remains were encountered in the north-west part of the evaluation area decreasing to the south and west. [No illustrations included with report]
