Description

{1} A building survey was carried out in 2016 at 2-4 Arthur Street, Wellingborough. This factory was built between 1896 and 1899 for Mr William Hawkins, a boot and shoe manufacturer, and shows two later phases of extension and modification between 1916 and 1924 and in the 1920's or 1930's.
