Description

{1} Archaeological excavation on land (of c0.5ha) on the line of a new access road to HMP Wellingborough. Two phases of late Iron Age remains, probably dating to the 1st century BC, were identified; these comprised boundary ditches probably representing part of field system and a probable sub-rectangular enclosure
