Description

{1} Part of the major phases of excavation undertaken by Oxford Archaeology at Kings Meadow Lane, sites 1 and 2 were excavated in the winter of 1994-5 targeting the Saxon remains west of Higham Ferrers. Financial constraints meant that time and material resources had to be targeted on what appeared to be important at the time. Site code: HFKM 95
