Description

{1} Archaeological observation was undertaken during the the stripping of a swale within the Scheduled Monument of Little Oxendon village. No archaeological features or deposits were encountered; the stripped area seemed to be truncated or eroded as less than 0.15m of topsoil was preserved above the clay natural.
