Description

{1} Geophysical survey identified a number of positive anomalies of possible archaeological origin. These comprise linear and area anomalies that may represent cut ditches and pits. The main areas of possible interest were at the southern tip and the north-western corner of the surveyed area. Extensive disturbance in the north-eastern corner was likely to represent the backfill from clay extraction associated with 19th century brick workings. [No report in HER]
