Description

{1} Trial trenching was undertaken as part of an archaeological mitigation strategy in support of a planning application for up 600 dwellings and associated infrastructure at Park Farm Way. Thirty trenches, all 50m long and 2m wide, were excavated. A single Iron Age pit, two medieval furrows and a post-medieval field boundary were identified.
