Description

{1} Five hundred and forty eight trenches were excavated to provide further archaeological information in advance of submission of a planning application for residential and industrial development with associated infrastructure. The results of the evaluation broadly confirmed the earlier geophysical survey. A significant number of trenches were excavated in two separate sections to avoid excavating agricultural tramlines.
