Summary
Area of enclosures and associated features identified by geophysical survey. Trial trench excavation confirmed the rpesence of a sub-square enclosure. Pottery dating from the middle to late Iron Age was recovered.

Full Description
{1} Geophysical survey identified a loose agglomeration of enclosures and other features of probable Iron Age to Roman date including a sub-square enclosure, c40m across, two small irregular enclosures and several other ditches.
{2} Archaeological trial trench excavation identified ditches of a sub-square enclosure with pottery dating from the middle Iron Age and late Iron Age periods.
