Description

{1} Six trenches were excavated prior to the development of a new doctor's surgery. The remnant of a single possible medieval pit was discovered towards the Saffron Road frontage. No evidence was found for the buildings shown to occupy parts of the site on a map of 1591. Site code: HFSR 06
