Description
{1} Ten trial trenches were excavated, seven 30m x 1.8m trenches and four 50m x 1.8m trenches.The evaluation recorded a small number of furrows, one of which contained a sherd of medieval pottery. These furrows are indicative of a medieval ridge and furrow field system
