Description

Archaeological monitoring of below ground works on Gold Street frontage associated with the demolition of an existing building and construction of a new apartment building. The excavation of two trenches was monitored. To the south-west was redeposited material probably originating from the construction and demolition of the building. In the north east of the site was a post-medieval wall and its return. Site code: GSW01
