Description

{1} Archaeological monitoring of groundworks during the stripping of the house area and excavation of footings of both the house and garage. No significant archaeological finds or features were identified. The only observed feature was a layer of modern gravel and debris at the southern end of the site. A previous dwelling and pond, both of relatively modern date and removed for the current development, had caused extensive disturbance to the area.
