Description

Site code: DSKB12 Pre-Construct Archaeological Services carried out a Standing Buildings Survey on the former Rockingham Box Factory on the corner of Dryden Street and Field Street in Kettering. The factory was built in 1895 as part of the infrastructure of the Kettering Co-operative movement, and manufactured clothes. It was extended from Dryden Street along Field Street in the early 20th century, and continued to develop into the second half of the 20th century.
