Description
A magnetometry survey across a c.17ha area. A significant amount of the area was inhibited by mulch piles. The survey identifed large areas of magnetic disturbance across the majority of the site, most likely resulting from modern waste from the former Nene Milling buildings which occupied the site. Modern demolition material was noted across site. The prevalence of modern demolition and dumped material near the surface could obscure any potential surviving archaeological remains.
