Description

John Moore Heritage Services carried out an archaeological watching brief at St Michael's Church, Aynho, Northamptonshire during works associated with the installation of a new heating and lighting system. The watching brief identified a homogeneous deposit of graveyard soil containing occasional fragments of disarticulated human bone. No articulated remains were encountered, neither were any significant features or deposits relating to the medieval and post-medieval church.
