Abstract/Summary

John Moore Heritage Servicq carried out on archaeological watching brief at St Michael's Church, Aynho, Northamptonshire during works sssociated with the installation of a new heating and lighting system (NGR SP 5;,451 33060). The archaeological watching brief identified a homogeneous deposit of groveyard soil containing occasional fragments of disarticulated human bone. No articulated remains were encountered, neither were any significant features or deposits relating to the medieval and post'medieval church.
