Description

Two 25m evaluation trenches and one 30m trench were excavated across the site, to cover the footprint of the proposed development. Two of the trenches were negative for archaeological features. Trench 1 contained shallow pitting and a small undated gully. All features were heavily bioturbated and thought to be late medieval or post medieval in date.
