Description

{1} Site code: OS531. Ten trenches excavated over 6ha adjacent to Watling Street on the site of a proposed residential development at Old Stratford, Northamptonshire. No archaeological fieldwork had been carried out on the development area previously. No archaeological finds or deposits were recovered. The only features found may be associated with a modern road building or modern pipe laying.
