{1} Raunds Urban District Council headquarters, Brook Street/Thorpe Street. 'The Hall' on the corner of Brook Street / Thorpe Street was once used by Raunds Urban District Council. Now used as offices by Raunds Town Council / Colston International and Pamic International.

II The Hall
*An early 18C. house in coursed freestone with ashlar bands and rusticated quoins. 2 storeys. 5 windows with rusticated keystones, the ground floor having large moulded keystones in one with the band above them. The band at sill level forms a capping to a high plinth. Colleyweston slate roof. 2 moulded stacks. 3 dormers. Moulded stone eaves cornice. A small house but of definite quality.
