Full Description

{1}Coffee Palace and Temperance Hotel`, Brook Street. The building is an elaborate 2 storey structure with single storey wings to either side. Building is now in use as a shop 'Newfils Fashions'.

{2} Former coffee tavern, 1883-4 by Talbot Brown & Fisher.Three bays, brick, with two large segmental-arched windows either side the entrance.
