Full Description

{1} Sewage works. Located to the south east of the town off the Higham Road. The sewage works is no longer in existance and the land is in private ownership by a local farmer, therefore it was not possible to check for physical remains. Local knowledge indicates that one of the circular filterbeds complete with brickworks remains in existence in farmers field and that sewerage pipes have been found in neighbouring allotments.
