{1} Cinema, High Street. Picturedrome opened in 1916 in High Street. The building on High Street is set back from the main street frontage. The cinema was converted into a Civic Hall in 1963 . The building is a large barn like construction that is still in existence, but appears to be out of use. Film ? Photo 20.
