Full Description
{1} Tannery, Mill Lane [should read Irthlingborough Road according to digitised location on map]. A building is marked as a tannery on the OS map of 1926. Local knowledge informs that it was actually a leather dyers. The industrial building currently on the site would appear to be adapted from a former tannery, but much modernised. It now produces sausage skins. Film 23 photo 21.
