{1} Liberal Club, Oxford Street / High Street. Large building with hall. Opened 1900.Large building shown on map on corner of High Street / Oxford Street indicated as 'Liberal Club' in 1900 and later as YMCA building in 1926. Would appear to have utilised an earlier building.
