Full Description

{1} Barnwell's station on the LNWR's Northampton to Peterborough line opened in 1845 and closed to passengers in 1964. The station house, much changed, has been converted to a residence, although part of a wooden canopy and the platform edge remain. A wooden platform building was removed in 1977 to the Nene Valley Railway at Wansford
