Summary
Site of railway station on the Leicester, Bedford and Hitchin Railway, opened in 1875, closed to passengers in 1960, and entirely in 1965. Railway station buildings are converted to residential properties.

Full Description
{1} Brick built station house together with conventional brick built goods shed having a covered loading bay integral with roof structure. Irchester station opened in 1857, closing in 1960. For several years Irchester Narrow Gauge Railway Trust were based at the goods shed, but it is now in commercial use. The Trust moved to Irchester Country Park.
