{1} Details of exact location not given. Plain, low brick building erected in the late 1930s by a local garage proprietor, Stan Smith, to cash in on the latest roller-skating craze. The building had its own oil-engine generated electricity supply and a splendid maple floor still in situ. Used for a variety of purposes since the onset of WWII and currently a carpet showroom
