{1} Cottage. Early C18. Coursed ironstone rubble, street front faced with brick, thatched roof, brick stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays. 3-light casement window with wood lintels in right bay. 2-light casement windows with wood lintel to left, on both floors. First floor windows have old iron casements. Entrance in left side has wood lintel and plank door. Interior: Original winder staircase to right of entrance. Open fireplace, original roof structure.

{3} Drawing taken from application to refurbish the property and associated 'stable' (already converted). Site not visited due to time constraits.
