Full Description
{1} Cottage. C17. Coursed squared ironstone with some limestone, reed thatch roof, brick end and ridge stacks. 3-unit plan. 2-storey, 5-window range. Part-glazed ridged plank door to left with stop-chamfered wood lintel. 2-light casement windows to ground and first floors, all with wood lintels, those to first floor right leaded with old crown glass and HL hinges. Interior has open fireplace with stop-chamfered bressumer. Ogee-stop-chamfered spine beam and collar truss roof. Formerly 3 cottages, combined into one cottage in 1963.
