Full Description

{3} Earthworks at the north-east end of Lower Street. At SP71004566 is a group of terraces cut by a later track, together with an old pond and other indeterminate earthworks. These remains are the site of a large farmstead which still existed in 1820, and was also shown on the First Edition OS map of 1834.
