{1} Early C19. Ashlar, Welsh slated roofs. 3 storeys, 3 sash windows with glazing bars, 2 ground floor canted bay windows. 4 panelled doors, panelled reveals, fluted Doric pilasters, entablatures. Wooden trellis porch to No. 3. Nos. 1 to 8 (consec) Leicester Terrace form a group.
