{1} Early C19. Red brick, stucco flush quoins, window surrounds and floor bands. Welsh slated roof. 3 storeys, 8 sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor of No. 5 altered. Included for group value. Nos. 1 to 8 (consec) Leicester Terrace form a group.
